Mission schools
Spearhead Ministries is currently involved in mission schools in Bulgaria, Belarus and Russia. Through these we are seeking to raise up and train evangelists and church planters who will have solid Biblical foundations that will enable them to effectively preach the gospel throughout the the Eastern Bloc nations and the rest of Europe.
Leadership training
The church has such an important role in discipling new believers but sadly we have often found in second and third world countries that church leaders although very willing and enthusiastic have had little or no training at all. This can mean that churches are little more than nurseries where new believers never mature and become all that Christ intended them to be. So we are committed to developing, training and equipping church leaders who then pass the teaching on to their congregations so that we might see every believer complete in Christ as Paul encouraged us in Col 1:28-29.
