Our Trustees

Chris Rennison – Chair of Trustees
Chris and his wife Claire have known Tim and Kim for well over 30 years throughout which time they have been part of the same church. Chris was a trustee of the church for 20 years, latterly as Chair. He is a solicitor specialising in residential conveyancing and a partner in a private practice in his home town of Farnborough. He is also Chair of the Management Committee for the nearby Child Contact Centre where children of estranged parents can see their non-resident parent. He also serves on the board of trustees for a local mental health charity.

Martin Wade – Treasurer of Trust
Following a professional career as an investment manager in the City of London Martin has been able to devote more time to his passion for the poor, the persecuted church and mission. He has many years of experience as a charity trustee and welcomes the opportunity to serve the new Spearhead Ministries charity. He has enjoyed working with Tim and Kim in various ways particularly in Bulgaria. Martin and Jill recently celebrated their golden wedding anniversary together with their family of three sons, daughters in law and four delightful grandchildren. He is an armchair sports fan and enjoys hacking around the golf course.

Charles Ashby – Secretary of Trust
Since becoming a Christian in the late 80’s Charles and his wife Elaine soon became established serving members of church life and have taken teams of young people on national and international mission trips. In 2002 Charles joined the Spearhead healing team and started travelling with Tim and Kim.  Charles has a vision to encourage everyone to become complete in Christ. Together they also believe that by demonstrating the love of God through signs, wonders and the prophetic that faith rises, expectation increases and lives are changed. Charles and Elaine own a slip prevention manufacturing company and have two grown up children.

Andy Thomas – Trustee
Andy and his wife Judy have known Tim and Kim for over 25 years. Specialising in change management and process improvement for financial organisations he is well acquainted with the balance between building relationships with people and challenging the status quo when it helps to see things differently and improve the overall effectiveness and efficiency of teams and organisations. Andy has a particular passion for helping, encouraging and challenging people to discover “Who is God?”, “What has He done for me?” and “How do I apply that in my life?”.
